Ingredients

• 5 Roma tomatoes, chopped

• English cucumber, diced

• ½ red onion, thinly sliced

• ½ cup Olive Oil

• ¼ cup red wine vinegar

• 2 tsp minced garlic

• 1 tsp honey

• 1-2 tsp Fully Loaded seasoning

Directions

1. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions to bowl.

2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, honey, and Fully Loaded seasoning. Whisk together.

3. Pour dressing over vegetables, and toss, mixing thoroughly.

4. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours for the flavors to meddle, before serving.
