This is my go to rub for any protein; however, I love it on ribeyes. The combination of the rub with the flavor of the fat is inexplicable! Furthermore, it’s tremendous on vegetables. The only rub I use! I recommend it all the time. It’s perfect on anything… gives spice to wings, smokes a shoulder perfect, and creates bark on a brisket. Use it as a seasoning in casseroles and dips. Why waste time and money when it’s already perfected!
