Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef

• 1 cup water

• 1 cup onion, minced

• 3-4 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 cup ketchup

• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

• 1 teaspoon High Caliber seasoning

• 2 teaspoons chili powder

• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a pot, while breaking up the meat.

2. Turn down the heat to simmer and cook, stirring frequently, until water reduces and mixture thickens (about 45 min to 1 hour).

3. Soak up any residual grease on top of mixture with paper towels, if needed.

4. Top your hot dogs with the meat sauce and enjoy!
