This Jalapeño Cheddar Cheeseball with bacon is loaded with cheddar cheese, smoky bacon, and built to be the MVP of your game day spread. Easy to make ahead and guaranteed to disappear fast!

2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
crumbled bacon
1 jalapeño, diced
2 teaspoons Fully Loaded seasoning
Crackers or veggies, for serving
Add softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ¼-½ cup bacon crumbles, jalapeño, and Fully Loaded into a mixing bowl.
Mix ingredients together, until evenly combined.
Use your hands to form the ball into any shape (classic ball, football, pumpkin, etc.), making sure to compact the ingredients tightly.
Press additional bacon crumbles all over the outside of the cheeseball, making sure to press into the ball and get it fully covered.
Refrigerate at least 30-60 minutes to set.
Serve with crackers and veggies.
