Take 6 Tablespoons of Double Action seasoning and 1 Tablespoon of Packinβ Heat seasoning, and mix them up in a bowl. This flavor combo brings a little bit of savory, sweetness, smokiness, and some heat for out of this world flavor!
Toss your wings in the seasoning until coated all over. You can do this in a bowl or a zip lock baggie!
Once your charcoal or grill is fired up and ready to go, place the wings on the grill. Put the drums where the most heat is, as they take a little longer to cook than the flats. Donβt crowd the wings; make sure the wings arenβt touching each other and have space so the heat or smoke can move around the wings!
Flip the wings every 8-10 minutes, until the internal temp reaches 195-200, then remove them from the grill. Safe temperature for chicken is 165, but keep cooking them past that! We donβt want rubbery chicken wings! Cooking them to 195-200 degrees keeps the meat juicy and tender without drying them out, and easy to bite off the bone!
